r2e-migrate crashes with IndexError: list index out of range on lines 144, 106. I've recently updated this server, and upgraded r2e from v2 (Ubuntu Trusty (LTS)) to v3 (Debian Jessie). One user-account has multiple feeds, and r2e-migrate ran okay. The other user-account has zero feeds in r2e. r2e refuses to run while the v2 database exists, and r2e-migrate refuses to run as the v2 database is empty (data[0] is out of range). r2e is therefore unusable for this user.
