Thanks! As far as I can tell, this should fix the "draft" case, and the "mutt -H" case. It'd be nice to have a key similar to Alt-e that didn't set the "resend" flag, which would make it easier to go through an mbox and send a pile of malis. That falls under "wishlist" rather than "bug", though.
