My reasoning was that new users might not know where to go.  But I guess
new users would probably not be using apt-listbugs in the first place
(though personally I think everyone should use it).

Anyway, it was just an idea I had :)  And since it seemed easy to make a
patch, I made one in a few minutes.  Feel free to throw it away.

Thank you for maintaining it!  I always recommend it to friends who
start using Debian.
