This conflict came from https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/pkg-openoffice/libreoffice.git/commit/?id=85658793393611d5086535d89f6fc4838e1dc0de https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=748075 sounds like it was done because upstream install system suck(s/ed) and it ended up in the wrong package on gcj archs (where the report builder was and is disabled).
