on packaging a different, new package that uses excerpts from udunits, I noticed that the copyright information in debian/copyright does not agree with that in (upstream) COPYRIGHT. This seems to go back to upstream commit https://github.com/Unidata/UDUNITS-2/commit/b362869285b629fa52b3fc464c58d74b9d6e362b The new license is very close to a 3-clause bsd license, but adds a fourth clause; therefore discussion on debian-legal might be indicated.
