ftp.debian.org has an override for binary packages that are build from
the gnupg1 source package:
gpgv1: Override says utils - important, .deb says utils - extra
gnupg1-curl: Override says utils - optional, .deb says utils - extra
the source package is correct, they should both be extra. gnupg1 is
headed for legacy status, supporting people with unusual requirements,
and definitely nothing that should be close to the core of the
operating system.
Please drop the overrides from ftp.debian.org for this package,
thanks!
