Package: how-can-i-help Version: 14 Severity: normal how-can-i-help shouldn't list date changes for packages to be removed from testing as new - this results in listing as "new" each time someone comments in the bug, which might be every day for difficult bugs where developers discuss the problem during a longer period of time (see for example #826300).
The worst part of this bug is that the -done message when the bug got fixed triggers a "new" listing in how-can-i-help.
