Postgis package appears to be abandoned, with 2 RC bugs (308848 and 335631), no reaction from maintainer for 255 and 89 days respectively. As far as I can tell, nothing in sid depends or build-depends on the packages produced from postgis source. I suggest to remove it from sid.
