libexpect-php5 hasn't seen any uploads since 2012 and 5 RC bugs open. It needs work for updating to PHP 7, newer expect etc. There are no packages depending on it. I think libexpect-php5 should be removed from the archive. If noone objects, I'll request removal by reassinging this bug to ftp.debian.org in about two weeks. Andreas
