It is inappropriate to use "-done" without a Version: header for any bug closed by an upload, *particularly* one closed in NMU. The proper procedure is to tag bugs closed in NMU as "fixed", or to close them with a Version: header. Either is acceptable, the latter gives better version tracking for testing.
