My mysql server (official community version) is up to date

apt-cache policy mysql-community-server
mysql-community-server:

Apparently it is fixed in phpmyadmin 4.4.1

how can I install version  4.4.1 on debian ?

The Debian package works fine with MySQL version shipped in Debian. If you have 
upgraded MySQL from elsewhere, please upgrade phpMyAdmin as well.
