Package: rhythmbox Version: 0.9.2-3 Severity: wishlist Tags: unstable The package rhytmbox still depends on avahi. Please change it on Recommends. I think most of the people won't run this daemon (memory consumption, boot time, security issues), but now they are forced to run this.
May be you can use an /etc/default/avahi file to let the people choose, if the daemon should be started or not.
