Are you sure about that? #836342 seems to suggest non-release
architectures are considered by the autoremoval script.

The BTS version graph as lists -1 as available in unstable, which is
only on hurd & kfreebsd according to the Packages files in my ben cache.

I'd like this obsolete version, and all other versions prior to
2.14.6+dfsg-4, to be removed from unstable.
