I'm having the same problem and dug into it a bit. The bug happens as follows:
1. live-installer installs the system fine, and sets up the apt sources via configure_apt (present in base-installer/library.sh) in its postinstall steps. 2. apt-setup enters the scene and configures the sources.list again, but fails to add the cdrom. 3. GRUB cannot be found since there's no network and CD sources are disabled. We're currently experiencing the issue in Pardus and I'm currently documenting and working on the issue and can cooperate with any willing party. Best regards, Hakan Bayindir
