Sorry for not giving this information right away in the bug report! Here we go: - xfce4 and xfwm4 4.12.3 from Debian testing - focus follows mouse - no raise on focus, no raise on click - Lenovo ThinkPad touchpad with integrated buttons I will try gnome-shell now and see wether the behaviour changes.
