My fault, sorry: I mixed up the switch from gcc-5 to gcc-6 as default (which happened in testing in the middle of August) with the switch from gcc-6 6.1.x to gcc-6 6.2.x which did indeed not yet happen in testing. According to https://packages.qa.debian.org/g/gcc-6.html it might happen in 2 or 3 days.
