The situation stated before about having defined configuration folders keeps being there. This was to be my first maintained package in Debian; From the time I opened this ITP, I have started maintaining several other packages, and I also have moved to Emacs (for which global meets my needs). Sadly, I have to say that I'm stepping down from this ITP, as I feel like my plate is currently full and getting new versions of universal-ctags wouldn't feel like Christmas to me anymore.
