because their Build-Depends: autoconf-archive cannot be satisfied for
non-native architectures. autoconf-archive is Architecture: all and thus
implicitly treated as native architecture. Since it does not have any
dependencies and its maintainer scripts do not induce any architecture
dependency, it is safe to mark it Multi-Arch: foreign to solve the
installability problem above. Please consider applying the attached
patch.
