Package: vim-python-jedi
Version: 0.9.0-1
Severity: normal

it appears to me that the dependencies of vim-python-jedi are inaccurate
these days; it does depend on python-jedi, but starting vim with it
installed for the user as described in the package description, i get
"Please install Jedi if you want to use jedi-vim".

as my vim (vim-gtk3 2:8.0.0022-1) has a :py3 and no :py command, i tried
installing python3-jedi, and now python completion works again without
error messages. switching to that as adependency (or adding that, in
case the situation around python support in vim is currently hard to
express in direct dependencies) might be a good idea.

thanks
