The attached patch recodes the manpages in ascii. With the current pages, your name is displayed as "Javier Fernandez-Sanguino Pea" on a C locale. With the patch, it will be displayed as "Javier Fernandez-Sanguino Pena" on a C locale, and correctly on other locales if ñ can be displayed.
