I think the request is for reading configuration file at startup:
<current directory>/.blhc-ignore OR if not exists, search ...
$HOME/.blhc-ignore
An idea for the file format:
- Each line contais regexp to MATCH. Matching lines
are ignored.
- Empty lines are skipped
- Comment lines starting with "^[ \t]*#" are skipped
