Hi Joerg, The original bug report was about allowing source-only uploads for *already-accepted* source packages that happened to require a rename to one of their binary packages, like rustc. In this case, it is possible to check that the differences between the debian.tar.gz of the source packages are quite minor, without needing to review the binary packages.
