Control: retitle -1 liferea doesn't remember position (via icon; lxde)

Was reported before 840193², although I retitled that bug as this was
intended (albeit not desirable) behavior upstream. Upstream is cursing
programming icon behavior across different DEs (that is why the word
"GNOME" is in the description). I'm not sure if this is going to be
improved, but upstream there seems to be some investigation going on.

I'll take this bug report as being about this issue. I'll forward the
issue upstream tonight.

Right. I think this should be fixed, although, maybe it works as
intended in Gnome (no idea, because I have KDE and the icon
functionality is fully broken there).
