Package: libtorrent-rasterbar9 Version: 1.1.1-1 Severity: important Dear Maintainer,
since upgrading libtorrent-rasterbar to version 1.1.1-1, qbittorrent saves incomplete .torrent files. They appear much shorter and in fact unusable. This leads to the loss of every up/download in progress when closing and restarting qbittorrent. Actions to reproduce the problem: 1. Launch qbittorrent and add one or more torrents 2. Close qbittorrent 3. Start qbittorrent again: the torrents added in step 1 don't appear any more. If you check ~/.local/share/data/qBittorrent/BT_backup you'll find the .torrent files saved after the upgrade are some hundred bytes long only, while they should be several kbytes long. The log (~/.local/share/data/qBittorrent/logs/qbittorrent.log) says "Unable to resume torrent '596bcbdbdcf86e5f7dc3f5b7da93156d0630c4b3'". Downgrading libtorrent-rasterbar9 to 1.1.0-3 restores the correct behaviour for the torrents added afterwards.
