I tried the new grub version and grub-probe still errors with:

grub-probe: Fehler: Kanonischer Pfad von "/dev/ata-KINGSTON-SMXXXXX-part2" konnte nicht ermittelt werden.

As an result the system is unbootable.

With the zpool_full_device_name.patch this applied to 2.02-beta2 grub-probe and booting works.
