In order to have up-to-date po files in the source package, please consider adding debconf-updatepo to the clean target of debian/rules. Currently: $ msgfmt --statistics templates.pot 0 translated messages, 43 untranslated messages. $ debconf-updatepo $ msgfmt --statistics templates.pot 0 translated messages, 46 untranslated messages. cs.po, vi.po and ja.po are also outdated in the source package.
