Yes, but Konqueror is a bad example because it's also capitalized in the program itself, also in English (same as Firefox etc.) Konqueror as a name exists separately from the command line - in that case most people won't call it from the command line. In contrast, the only time "isnsadm" is ever used by people is on the command line, it's not a project name, or something that has a life outside of the command line. Example with a different program (just made the sentence up): - Das Verzeichnis lost+found wird durch e2fsck automatisch erstellt, wenn es nicht bereits existiert. vs. - Das Verzeichnis lost+found wird durch E2fsck automatisch erstellt, wenn es nicht bereits existiert. The second variant just seems really, really weird to me, because the name here is only ever used on the command line, and never capitalized. That said: while I'm a German native speaker, I tend to use my computers in English and don't actually get to see the German translation most of the time - so I'm really not wedded to this. And if you say that you would in fact also capitalize "E2fsck" in that case, and that that is standard practice in the German translation team - weird as it may seem to me - I will change it back to the way you had it.
