The more relevant part is probably:

FAIL: test_python.py
====================

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "./test_python.py", line 16, in <module>
    import LibAppArmor as libapparmor
  File
"/<<PKGBUILDDIR>>/libraries/libapparmor.python2.7/swig/python/build/lib.linux-x86_64-2.7/LibAppArmor/__init__.py",
 line 21, in <module>
    _LibAppArmor = swig_import_helper()
  File
"/<<PKGBUILDDIR>>/libraries/libapparmor.python2.7/swig/python/build/lib.linux-x86_64-2.7/LibAppArmor/__init__.py",
 line 20, in swig_import_helper
    return importlib.import_module('_LibAppArmor')
  File "/usr/lib/python2.7/importlib/__init__.py", line 37, in import_module
    __import__(name)
ImportError: No module named _LibAppArmor
FAIL test_python.py (exit status: 1)

This is caused by changes in newer swig versions and was already fixed
upstream in trunk r3582 and 2.10 branch r3359.
