on Fedora, spice is built on x86, x86_64 and armv7hl and aarch64 (http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=819309)

The package is maintained by Christophe Fergeau who is also spice upstream, so I would trust what fedora is doing here.
