Hi Jonas,

New licensecheck tool is now creating some dangling blocks of copyright in
output of

DEB_MAINTAINER_MODE=1 fakeroot debian/rules pre-build

A sample is attached below from fontforge project.

Files: Unicode/ArabicForms.c
 Unicode/utype.c
 contrib/fonttools/dewoff.c
 contrib/fonttools/woff.c

Copyright: Created by George Williams with FontForge 2.0 (http:fontforge.sf.net)
^^ not copyright at all!.
Copyright: 2010-2011, iMatix Corporation and Contributors
^^ Dangling copyright which block does this belong to?.
  2013, Ben Martin
License: GPL-3+ or Expat
^^ A license block for which there is no file section?.

I fail to reproduce the bug.

If this is still an issue, then please provide the output of only the
licensecheck command - without the licensecheck2dep5 wrapper applied by
CDBS (you should be able to get the bare command from the buildlog.
