Package: libooc-xml-dev

When testing libooc-xml-dev with piuparts, I found the following
problem:
0m8.8s ERROR: Package purging left files on system:
/etc/oo2c
owned by: oo2c, libooc-xml-dev
/etc/oo2c/oo2crc.orig
The .orig file seems to be created by /usr/lib/oo2c/ooconfig, called
(via oo2c-config) from postinst and prerm, and not removed by anything.
