Dear Maintainer,
There is a very minor typo in the manpage synopsis that makes it appear
that bts-retitle takes 2 arguments for an ITP and only 1 for an ITA.
You can see this both in "man bts-title":
SYNOPSIS
bts-retitle bug number ITP
^^^^^^^^^^
bts-retitle bug-number ITA
^^^^^^^^^^
And in HTML renderings of the manpage:
