Hi Andreas,

Thanks for taking care of getting the latest versions into Stretch :)

I wouldn’t bother trying to get 1.9.1 to build with whatever version of SeqAn
we have at the moment. The upstream author explicitly discourages packaging the
pre-release 1.9.* versions as he expects "major changes and incompatibilities
within the 1.9.* cycle. The 2.0.0 will be stable again and ready for
packaging.” [1]
I already discussed this with upstream in August and as a consequence I
refrained from touching this version at all. Unfortunately uscan will still
show it as a new upstream version because there is currently no way to exclude
pre-release versions from the GitHub URL listed in the watchfile (is there? I
couldn’t find one).

I propose to close this bug. When 2.0.0 is released I would be the first to
package it :)

Cheers
Sascha
