comedilib changed its soname from libcomedi.so.0 to libcomedi-0.7.22.so; please rename the library package accordingly, to libcomedi-0.7.22. (It must not satisfy the libcomedi0 (>> 0.7.16) dependency that old packages have.) Please also update the shlibs file, preferably by switching to dh_makeshlibs.
