PS: Apparently its not the missing "--use-standard-socket", but the way how or when 90gpg-agent starts gpg-agent. Adding this option to 90gpg-agent didn't help; enigmail still cannot connect to gpg-agent.
If I omit the whole XWindow session and run "startx" on the console instead, then enigmail can connect to pinentry. Regards Harri
