Hi, please can you edit the file /etc/xdg/autostart/budgie-desktop-nm-applet.desktop
change the exec= statement from "dbus-run-session nm-applet" to just "nm-applet" logout and login and also try with a reboot. If this works then this bug report needs to be reassigned to the package budgie-desktop and I'll fix this via a revised budgie-desktop package cheers David
