qa-jenkins-...@lists.alioth.debian.org
is what we are using right now (well, mostly we use IRC, but that's the
ML we use when IRC is not feasible), and what should be used for this.
Who knows, maybe in the future we might ask for a list in
lists.debian.org, I suppose the contact address can be changed in
future?
