Thanks for pointing this out to me.

I cannot understand why it happens, as 01_disable_modules_check dpatch
should disable some modules checks, at least, it works on most
architectures.

Only m68k and S390 do not build from source because of this problem.

Even on these architectures, the patch is well applied as you can see in
the full log:
   test -d debian/patched || install -d debian/patched
   dpatch  apply-all  
   applying patch 01_disable_modules_check to ./ ... ok.
   applying patch 02_share_dir to ./ ... ok.
   applying patch 03_webdl_shebang to ./ ... ok.
   dpatch  cat-all  >>patch-stampT
   mv -f patch-stampT patch-stamp

I will look for similar problems and try to understand the cause of this.
