And yes, starting isc-dhcp-server without policykit-1 dependency
doesn't complain about
"Failed to start isc-dhcp-server.service: The name org.freedesktop.PolicyKit1
was not provided by any .service files"
on a sysvinit system!
It smells like we have to increase severity of this bug to serious?
