Far far ago, someone in Launchpad[1] talked about including some (presumably ancient) text in traditional Chinese (zh-hant), since zh-hans transliteration (simplification) for such text loses information.

Despite being mostly neutral on this hans/hant matter, I believe using zh-hant source in the source tree should make more sense, as current hans-to-hant conversion usually performs badly on non-mandarin Chinese text.*1 Therefore, you may want to generate the simplified text only when you build the package.

## Notes

1. Such mandarin-based programs, for example, can give you 一川菸草 as opposed to 一川煙草.
