I was rather surprised to see ext3 used by default.
I _think_ I got errors or warnings because of that, but I didn't save the 
relevant logs. But it should be easy to reproduce as I did create an image 
with all the default values too and also ran into the issue of this bug.

I would also like to make a suggestion and that is specify the fs/RAM defaults 
when you do "xen-create-image --help" as is done for various other parameters.
