I can confirm the issue for one specific https-site: https://www.bundderversicherten.de/ The site is not loading at all, like if the loading is aborted instantly. No error message is shown. I had no problem loading other sites like google etc. - just this specific site. The issues persists, if I start firefox-esr without addons or even with a new firefox account. I can load the page without problems using Konqueror and also on another PC, where I use the current firefox release from http://mozilla.debian.net/. So it seems related to the esr45 version.
