retitle 835189 python-pyrax: FTBFS (failing tests) thanks Hi.
After building this package many times today, it always fail and not just sometimes, so I'm retitling accordingly. As a summary, I see that the following tests always fail: ERROR: test_set_http_debug (tests.unit.test_module.PyraxInitTest) ERROR: test_connect_to_cloudservers (tests.unit.test_module.PyraxInitTest) and the following one fails approximately 70% of the time: ERROR: test_rax_endpoints (tests.unit.test_identity.IdentityTest) [ The first two failing tests are the ones reported by Lucas Nussbaum in Bug #841623 ].
