Dear Maintainer,

I've noticed that ssss-split can be awefully slow when not using something like 
haveged.
Looking into the source I've noticed that ssss-split uses /dev/random, and 
therefor is blocking
on reads, eats a lot of randomness, and works really slow.

Using /dev/urandom makes running ssss-split almost instant (vs waiting 
minutes). /dev/urandom should be as safe to use as /dev/random, see:
