What do you mean by "editing"? Did you use mozo? Or did you edit one of the desktop links under /usr/share/applications/ by hand (with a text editor).
If the later... you should not do it. Use mozo. If you used mozo, then provide more information:
* what application link did you edit?
* what did you change the defaults to?
* possibly look under $HOME/.local/share/applications/ and check
the resulting .desktop file
Please give feedback within the next 2 weeks, otherwise this bug
report will be closed with tag "wontfix".
