Anything that requires Go can't be built on zemlinsky. We might be at a
point where we need to turn it down, I think.

On the other hand the meta packages from golang-defaults have been
removed from s390x, so packages should no longer build there if they
depend on the normal Go compiler. If you happen to have built it
manually, I'd suggest a binary-only removal of your package from s390x
for now.
