Package: ftp.debian.org Severity: normal Hello,
Recently, I have uploaded a new upstream version of prometheus (1.5.0) to unstable, to have the latest improvements from upstream before the freeze. As I have had issues with ARM ports before, I tested this new version in an armel porterbox and found no problems. Sadly, one of the tests has grown enough for it to run out of memory on armhf, and so prometheus 1.5.0 will be prevented form migrating to unstable in time. Also, a corresponding FTBFS bug has been reported regarding this issue (#852959). I don't expect many use-cases for prometheus in this architecture, as it is a very resource-intensive system. So, please remove prometheus from ARMHF, but not from any other arch. Thanks.
