https://raspberrypi.stackexchange.com/questions/40839/sap-error-on-bluetooth-service-status the error messages about SAP can be avoided by starting bluetoothd with the "--noplugin=sap" option. Since SAP is probably of little use in Debian and since it does not work anyway, how about disabling it by default? -- Laurent.
