a)      install with businsecard Debian GNU/Linux 3.1 r1a "Sarge" - Official 
ia64 Binary-1.
        but:    on-board eth (Marvel Alaska 88E1111) not detected (forcedeth 
module installed manualy later, thou only 10/100)),
                so PCI-eth Realtek temporarily added -->OK
b)      1. reboot OK, choose Desktop-Type (gnome+KDE)
        but:    System slooooooowed down (took 1 h download for 500 MB but 6 
(!) h to install
c)      n.th reboot: after loading ehci_hcd System slooooowed down, solved next 
day with "modprobe -r ehci_hcd"

changed in  BIOS: IRQ handeld by OS: solved the Problem.

X-server:       on-board GeForce6150 not supported by nv-driver, so 
generic-vesa instead
                (on-board-VGA-Output, didn't test on-board-DVI)

Sound:  AD 1986A not detected (on-board), (still working on that).

OVERALL:        taking in that AMD64 still new and the µATX-Board with lot's of 
on-board-chips; 
                I have to thank you guys, a (nerly) seamless installation and 
that with sarge 3.1r1
