hdmi2usb-mode-switch usually needs to put an opsis into serial mode, before it'll successfully flash an image. Currently, the uart image included in hdmi2usb-fx2-firmware doesn't seem to work. It looks like this was fixed upstream, but we packaged the wrong branch. SR
